About Us
At Little Island Brewing Co (LIBC), our journey began in 2015 with a vision of crafting everything the slow way – with dedication, passion, and love. We believe in the art of craftsmanship, where every detail matters. It’s not just about the end product; it’s about the journey of creating an exceptional taste experience.
Our lovingly, locally brewed craft beers stand at the forefront of flavours and quality, complemented by mouthwatering culinary delights, including slow-cooked smoked meats, grills, and wood-fired sourdough pizzas – all masterpieces designed to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Also, don’t miss our house-brewed kombuchas with unique flavours not available anywhere else, adding a delightful twist to your beverage choices.
What sets us apart is our dedication to creating a unique atmosphere. Enjoy live music at all our outlets, creating the perfect soundtrack to your evening.
Find us at three unique locations across Singapore:
Changi Village: Our Original Oasis of Taste!
Our 10,000 sqft, blk 6 Changi Village microbrewery, was conceptualised and began operations in 2015, at the North-Eastern part of Singapore by Changi Beach, near our world-famous Singapore Changi Airport.
In the serene Sylvan surroundings of Changi Village, our original brewery is a paradise where craft beverages, culinary delights, and seaside charm unite.
Live music is a major attraction on the weekends with famous live bands performing and crowds gathering, which adds to a unique and rare experience in urban Singapore, as rightly pointed out by New York Times (Oct 25th, 2018) as a must visit destination in sunny Singapore!
Downtown Delights at South Beach:
In the heart of downtown South Beach, we bring craft to the city, blending urban energy with our craft creations.
Little Island Brewing Co is located at 26 Beach Rd #B1-16 South Beach Avenue, under the former military Beach Road Camp and Non-Commissioned Officer’s Club (NCO) ground.
Nestled right below JW Marriot, LIBC at South Beach started life as Alchemist Beer Lab, as an experimental beer infusion bar in 2016, using industrial beer infusion technology to infused beers with different ingredients i.e. hops, fruits, herbs, wood chips and spice, to create exciting and unique beer flavours and experiences. ABL has since been rebranded into LIBC, to stay in line with the group’s core brand and marketing strategy.
Westside Wonders at Gillman Barracks:
Discover the art of flavours in the west at Gillman Barracks, where creativity and craft collide.
Our Gillman Barrack’s bar and restaurant is housed in a conserved colonial warehouse at The Southern Depot building at Blk 43 Malan Road, on a 6.4-hectare former British military compound.
Additionally, exclusively at our Gillman Barracks location, immerse yourself in the enchantment of “Waxy Wednesdays Vinyl Night” as well as live performances on weekends. Here, the world of music converges with the analog magic of vinyl, delivered through our rare vintage 70-year-old Altec speakers, elevating your auditory journey to a whole new level.
Experience Little Island Brewing Co. at any of these three exciting locations and let your taste adventure begin!
