Once you have confirmed the date and package, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event reservation at least 3 weeks prior to your event date. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge and the prevailing goods and services tax (GST).
Generally, there is no venue booking fee, but minimum spending applies for various sections of our brewery. There are additional rental rates for our Gillman Barracks outlet, only if you are using the Wall Side for buffet line or if you are booking the Event Space.
Minimum spending includes all add-ons and charges from food and drinks, before the 10% service charge and the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note that the minimum spending does not include PA system (projector, mics, etc.) fees, if any.
We do not move tables or change the layout of the place as much as possible as the tables are quite heavy to move and requires more manpower. If you do require some alterations for your set up, a customisation fee of $1,000++ will apply.

The South Beach – air-conditioned in the Beer Hall, naturally

You can either have the options of our free flow drinks package or simply order from our ala carte drinks menu. Each guest is given a wrist tag for identification, so that our friendly bar staff can help serve the guest from the Taproom draft taps or drinks menu.
For 30 pax or more, food will be served as buffet. Sharing platters and ala carte food orders will be served to the tables, according to your schedule given to us.
We prepare the amount according to the number of confirmed guests.
Please let us know your minimum attendance at least 7 days prior to your event. Both kitchen and service staff will make preparations based on this number. You may add on more guests after this time, but not subtract. Final additions must be confirmed 3 days prior to the event.
We have mics & projector that you can use. Fee of $300++ will be applied for the usage of PA system & utilities.
