The tangy dough is proofed between 24 to 48 hours at a low temperature to coax out the flavours resulting in a light and airy crust that is both crispy and chewy, with a hint of sourness that will tantalise your taste buds. The result is a delectable pizza crust so delicious that it can be eaten alone.

We’re levelling up our legendary slow-fermented kombucha dough and infusing it with activated charcoal, creating a seductively dark canvas for our crafty toppings that you know and love.
Lower in gluten, cholesterol, and glycemic index, our Charcoal pizzas continue to offer a guilt-free indulgence, packed with fibre and lactobacillus for good gut vibes! And don’t be fooled by the colour – charcoal acts as a natural detoxifier but the dough is as light and airy as ever, with a subtle crispy-chewy bite that’s pure pizza bliss!
