Easter Egg Hunt Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open to children ages 3-12. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

Registration: All participants must register at the welcome table before the start of the hunt. Registration opens 30 minutes before the event.

Hunt Zones: Participants will be assigned to age-appropriate hunting zones:

  • Ages 3-5: Green Zone
  • Ages 6-8: Blue Zone
  • Ages 9-12: Red Zone

Rules of Participation:

  • Easter egg hunt will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
  • Late arrivals may join the hunt in progress but will not receive additional time.
  • Time Limit: The egg hunt will run for a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • No Early Hunting. Collecting eggs before the official start signal will result in disqualification.
  • Only Easter eggs from LIBC are counted for.
  • No running or pushing during the hunt.
  • Only kids registered for the egg hunt are allowed to hunt.
  • Stay within designated hunting areas.

Weather: The event will proceed rain or shine. In case of severe weather, a rain date will be announced.

Photos: Event staff may take photographs for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used.

Safety: The organization is not responsible for lost items or injuries sustained during the event. First aid will be available on site.

Prize Redemption: All prizes must be claimed on the day of the event.
