Easter Games & Activities Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Open to children ages 3-12. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.

Registration: All participants must register at the welcome table before joining any games. Parents/guardians must sign a participation waiver.

Game Zones: Activities will be organized by age group:

  • Ages 3-5: Easter Egg Zone
  • Ages 6-8: Bunny Hop Zone
  • Ages 9-12: Obstacle Zone

Rules of Participation:

  • Follow all instructions from game coordinators
  • Take turns and play fairly
  • No rough play or inappropriate behavior
  • Stay in designated game areas

Prizes: Rewards can be redeemed at the prize station. All prizes must be claimed on event day. Exchanging of prizes is not applicable.

Weather Policy: Games will proceed rain or shine. In case of severe weather, activities may be moved indoors or cancelled.

Photography: Event staff may photograph activities for promotional purposes. Participation constitutes permission for your child’s image to be used.

Liability: Organizers are not responsible for lost items or injuries. First aid will be available on site.

Accommodations: Please contact organizers in advance to arrange for any special needs accommodations.

Food & Allergies: Kids Meal may be provided. Please inform staff of any allergies during registration.

Behavior Policy: Organizers reserve the right to remove participants displaying disruptive behavior.

Cancellation: No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 7 days before the event.
