Chanced upon just very recently that Little Island Brewing Co has another location and it is right in town (the one at Changi is still my favourite to have that beer treat after a cycling excursion from East Coast Park via Tanah Merah Coast Road PCN). Greeted by extremely friendly staff and they were very helpful throughout to recommended the drinks and dishes. My favourite is hoppy IPA and the East Coast IPA is hoppy and creamy. A surprise is the Flaming Lips, it’s alcoholic Ginger Beer that really flares up in the throat. It’s a very refreshing alternative to beer. The staff recommended a few crowd favourites and we picked the wagyu beer quesadilla. It is probably the best quesadilla I have eaten and the portion is good for two. The beef is succulent and the quesadilla has that nice crisp to it and good texture. Was told that the grilled squid tentacles and confit duck roll are good.
